Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and storage technologies used by the corporate website of R3D Srl (https://r3d.srl), their purposes, providers and durations, and explains how to manage preferences. It forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy.

This website uses only technical (necessary) storage tools, always active, and the Google Analytics 4 (GA4) statistics tool, loaded solely subject to the user’s explicit prior consent. No marketing, remarketing or advertising-profiling cookies are present.

You can change your choices at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user’s device. Similar technologies (such as the browser’s localStorage and sessionStorage) store information on the device for comparable purposes. In this policy the term “cookie” is used, for simplicity, to refer to these technologies as well.

Cookies may be “first-party” (set by the site being visited) or “third-party” (set by different domains). Depending on their purpose, a distinction is made between technical/necessary cookies and cookies that require the user’s consent.

2. Categories used on this website

Necessary (always active)

They ensure the proper functioning of the website and store consent preferences. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled.

Analytics (subject to consent)

They allow statistics about the use of the website to be collected through Google Analytics 4. In connection with this processing, identifiers or personal data may be processed in pseudonymized form. They are disabled by default and are activated only after explicit consent.

Advertising / Marketing (not active)

No advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies are present or used. Google Ads, Meta Pixel and similar tools are not activated.

3. Details of the tools used

_ga_EQ372ELTMVCookieGoogle (Google Analytics 4)Maintains the analytics session state for the specific data stream.2 years (duration explicitly configured by the site).Analytics (subject to consent)

The analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_EQ372ELTMV) are set only after the user has granted consent to analytics. Without consent, no Google script is loaded and no Google cookie is set.

4. Google Analytics 4

The statistics tool used is Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, with measurement ID G-EQ372ELTMV. The script is loaded solely subject to consent (“Basic Consent Mode”): before consent, no connection, preconnect or ping to Google takes place.

In connection with the use of Google Analytics 4, identifiers (for example a device or browser identifier) or personal data may be processed in pseudonymized form. The configuration adopted applies data-minimization measures: Google advertising signals disabled (allow_google_signals = false, allow_ad_personalization_signals = false); ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization always denied. The URLs sent are stripped of query, hash and any parameters; no form content, email addresses or phone numbers are transmitted. No guarantee of absolute anonymity is provided.

A distinction must be made between the cookie duration (indicated above) and the data retention of Google Analytics 4, which is set at Google account level (typically configurable between 2 and 14 months) and must be verified and confirmed in the account before publication.

5. Technical and third-party services

The website is developed and hosted on the Abacus AI platform, which integrates a technical operating script. Based on the checks carried out on the preview environment, this script does not set profiling cookies. The production environment may differ from the preview: the presence, nature, duration and purposes of any cookies, scripts or logs set by the hosting provider or content delivery network (CDN) must be verified directly with the provider before publication. In the absence of such verification, no unverified purposes are attributed to these mechanisms.

6. How to manage preferences

On your first visit, a banner is shown with the options “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Customise”. You can change your choices at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page.

Withdrawing consent to analytics disables Google Analytics, blocks further events and requests and deletes the related cookies; if necessary, the page is reloaded to fully disable the tool. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not in any way limit browsing of the website.

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may impair the proper functioning of the site.

8. Updates

This Cookie Policy may be updated over time to reflect changes to the tools used or to legislation. Changes are published on this page with an indication of the update date.
