This Privacy Policy describes how R3D Srl collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users who visit the website https://r3d.srl, use the digital services offered by the company, or interact with the platforms developed and operated by R3D Srl.
Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and with the applicable data protection legislation.
This policy concerns the corporate website of R3D Srl (https://r3d.srl). Individual products, SaaS platforms and applications developed by the company may be subject to dedicated privacy policies, made available within the respective services.
At present this website is mainly informational: it contains no contact forms, registration areas, newsletters or file-upload functions. Contact takes place through the published email addresses and phone numbers. Some of the activities described below (for example newsletters, SaaS platforms, content upload, AI-based processing) are reported as possible company activities and apply only if, and to the extent that, they are actually activated.

The provision of strictly necessary technical navigation data is inherent to how the website works. The provision of identification and contact data is optional, but necessary to act upon the user’s requests: failure to provide it may make it impossible to respond or to deliver the requested service. The provision of data for statistical analysis and marketing purposes is always optional and subject to consent, which can be freely withdrawn.

R3D Srl develops and operates software applications, SaaS platforms, cloud-computing tools and digital services. 8. Artificial Intelligence and automated systems
Some services or content developed by R3D Srl may use Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or automated information-processing systems. These technologies are used solely to improve the efficiency of services and in compliance with applicable law.
Relevant decisions producing significant effects on users are not taken solely by automated systems.
9. Intellectual property of uploaded content
Where platforms operated by R3D Srl allow content upload, the documents, images, files, data, content and information uploaded by users remain the property of their respective owners. R3D Srl acquires no intellectual property rights over user-uploaded content and uses it solely to deliver the requested services.
10. Confidentiality of information
R3D Srl adopts appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of the information processed. Any documents, business data, commercial information or materials shared by users are processed solely for the requested purposes and are not disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
12. Data retention
Personal data is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, in compliance with applicable legal obligations. The retention periods of statistical data managed through Google Analytics 4 are set at account level and indicated in the Cookie Policy.
13. Data security
R3D Srl implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse. Despite the adoption of high security standards, no IT system can guarantee absolute protection against every possible risk.
14. Disclosure of data
Personal data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It may be disclosed solely to technology service providers, cloud and hosting providers, professional consultants, partners involved in the delivery of services, and the competent authorities in the cases provided for by law. Where applicable, such parties act as data processors appointed under Art. 28 of the GDPR.
15. International transfers
Some third-party tools (for example Google Analytics) may involve processing of data by providers located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, R3D Srl undertakes to ensure that the transfer takes place subject to the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. The specific safeguards applied by each provider are indicated in their respective policies.
16. Rights of the data subject
The user may exercise at any time the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including: access to data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; objection; data portability; withdrawal of consent (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
